One of Westerlay’s Core Values is ‘Supporting’.
That means we support each other within the team but we also support our local community.

One week in September for the last 5 years running, we have donated 100% of our retail proceeds to the Carpinteria Education Foundation.

During the COVID crisis in 2020 we set up the 100,000 Orchid Challenge and donated 100,000 orchids to nurses, doctors, and other caregivers throughout California

We also are proud to support numerous local organizations through donations of product for fundraising.

Donation Request Application

DONATION POLICY

At Westerlay Orchids, our core values as a company include supporting our greater community. As part of this, we support local non-profit organizations with donations when we can. In order to consider your request, please complete this form at least two weeks prior to your event. After your donation request is approved, you will need to make your own arrangements for delivery as we cannot deliver your donation.

REQUIREMENTS

• Application are for non-profit organizations only. Special consideration will be given to local organizations. Organizations outside of Santa Barbara or Ventura Counties will not be considered. • Event donations should be fundraisers. Other community events may be considered. • Donations will be potted or cut Phalaenopsis Orchids of your choice. Colors and amounts will be at our discretion. Special Requests for colors will be considered. • After the event, please send us a note of how much our donation raised for your organization.
