Loved the orchids

Thanks so much Westerlay for letting me pick up the orchids at your Carpinteria location. They were used as thank yous for our 12th annual Flower Empower luncheon. They were the perfect thank you gift for the caterers our photographer, and if you have those that helped us with our event.

Great Customer Service!

My flower shop is in Utah. I ordered a shipment of orchids for the holidays, which was GORGEOUS! For Valentine's Day, it ended up being too cold to get them here safely and they froze. I was refunded within a few days, and the representative was kind, communicative and helpful!
