      I have ordered these Cascade orchids from you numerous times and always been satisfied with their condition on arrival.
      This time however I was very disappointed. I gave five of the plants to my housekeeper and just kept the plants from my previous shipment as they looked much healthier.
      the one plant that I did keep has begun to die. Leaves are falling off and blooms are withering on their stem. I have placed another order and am waiting to see what it looks like.
      In the meantime I do shop in your retail shop in Carpinteria. I order the cascades online as it is much more convenient to have them delivered than to try to get them into my car.

      A lovely gift

      These orchids are lovely and at first I was thinking 6 is too many. But my daughter had been through a lot of emotional and physical hard things so I sent her 6 in hopes she would share with local friends who had been supportive. The pots are beautiful and of course the orchids are elegant. My daughter loved them and the brought a bright spot to her and her friends.

      We ordered some cascade orchids recently to supplement the mixed color Phals that are currently available. The Cascades are always beautiful and never fail to wow! This shipment was terrific as well! Thank you so much for always providing gorgeous plants.

      Lovely and satisfied

      It was lovely! it came fresh and undamaged. I would have been more satisfied if it comes in different colors not just white. Wife was so happy and its been three weeks and all bulbs are now full bloom. Pots was not available when I placed my order. A bit disappointed.
