Great Customer Service!

My flower shop is in Utah. I ordered a shipment of orchids for the holidays, which was GORGEOUS! For Valentine's Day, it ended up being too cold to get them here safely and they froze. I was refunded within a few days, and the representative was kind, communicative and helpful!

Perfect in every way!

We ordered 10 Premium Orchids as centerpieces for our son's wedding. They were healthy and simply gorgeous. It was wonderful sending real flowers (with a pot) home with the relatives (especially Grandma) instead of flowery centerpieces that die in a few weeks. Since it was right around New Year's, there was a problem with the delivery. Amy stayed on top of the delivery and sent frequent updates assuring we received the orchids on time, which we did! Westerlay gets 10/10 rating from us! Thank you!

Well they come to soon for me. I order to be delivered on the 18th. At the time of grand opening they were to open a leaf damage a little. But honestly they are the best orquids. To Oder but it depends how you needed. To resell was no good for me. I have to order a case before so I have them fresh Best quality for sure
