Great quality

I’ve received several orders of orchids from Westerlay which have shipped in extreme heat and cold. Every shipment has arrived in excellent condition.

There have been some broken ceramic containers, which has not been a problem as I usually plant several orchids together and have extras.

Boxes sometimes arrive over several days instead of together. This is the reality of LTL ground shipping to an out-of-the-way town. It still beats air freight, and I build delays into my schedule. The orchids have been fine. Consistently beautiful.

Two Cases Ordered

Ordered two cases beautiful orchids, but a fourth of the shipment was blasted, which I need to resell. None of the fully opened orchids sold. Only lavender & purple for the mix, which was is alright.
